If I could leave zero stars I would. Sharon was rude lacked reasonable response times to questions or concerns and most of all was a shady used car salesman. As my buyers agent she did not recommend a UST "tank' sweep. Acting as a dual agent she did not attempt to guide me in this purchase process at all. Coming from FL I had no idea about the dangers with UST's. When I sold my home every seller's agent that came through the door UST was their first question. Wound up costing me @ $15k. Don't trust her as a buyer's agent.
