Nicosia Dental has provided exceptional dentistry to the young and old in the greater Rochester community for more than 50 years. Dr. Nicosia has been heading up the practice for 20 years and represents the second generation of the Nicosia family to carry on the business. Dr. Kopacz is an experienced and compassionate general dentist with seventeen years of private-practice experience.
She is fully knowledgeable of, and confident in. Kelly has been steering the ship as office manager of Nicosia Dental since 2015. She is the person who will meet and greet you at your initial appointment and will help you out with any questions along the way. Dr. Nicosia repaired a broken upper tooth by installation of a crown.

Services
We've moved toward digital radiographs (digital X-rays) that provide instant images with 90% less radiation and no chemicals. Our ultimate goal is a paperless office. With our CEREC CAD/CAM system, we can make crowns, veneers, and other enhancements right in our on-site lab. No need to send them "out" and make you return for a second visit.

Absolutely perfect. This was an emergency request for a front tooth that was broken off during a Mother's Day breakfast. Dr. Nicosia was able to see me Monday with a full schedule and fit me in. Made the necessary repair and replaced the tooth. Today I am back to normal and can't say enough for this excellent dental service. Thank you to all at the Nicosia Dental office.

Going to Nicosia Dental takes any fear out of going to the dentist. From the moment I entered the office and met Kelly, to seeing Linda, the hygentist and lastly, Dr. Kopacz, my experience was seamless, efficient and extremely friendly. I switched to Nicosia Dental a few years back and wish I made the change sooner! Normally, I see Dr. Kopacz and it's always a great experience. She loves chatting with her patients and keeping them comfortable the entire time. Speaking of comfort, they have done a tremendous job making the ENTIRE office safe and comfortable since covid. Every corner of the office is incredibly clean and air purifiers everywhere. I wish more businesses went to the length they've gone to to keep the customer comfortable.

Dr. Nicosia is the best dentist I have ever been to. His partner Dr. Kopacz is fantastic as well. They are great at their job, friendly and do a great job selecting dental hygienists who are wonderful to work with as well. They both have done crowns, cavities and fixed chipped teeth on short notice. Other doctors have complemented his work as surgeons look in your mouth before surgery. My family and I have been a patient of Dr. Jennifer Kopacz for over 5 years after a very positive recommendation from a family friend. I found that the entire office was extremely welcoming and knowledgeable about my needs and the needs of our three children. I had come to the office with a history of complicated dental needs and Dr. Kopacz walked me through a plan of treatment that was well explained. Love Dr. Kopacz! She is an outstanding dentist but is also very warm and genuinely cares about her patients. She takes time to fully explain what she is going to do and answers any question you might have so you are comfortable with the procedure. She has a very gentle touch and makes sure you don't experience any pain during your visit. She takes a great amount of pride in her work and wants to assure you are completely satisfied with the work that she does. She is also wonderful with my kids. They love her and aren't ever afraid to go to the dentist!

I transfered to this office a few years ago and could not be any happier with my decision. I have seen both Dr. Nicosia and Dr. Kopacz and both have continuously provided myself (and my family) high quality dental work with personable care. I most recently have been seeing Dr. Kopacz and I have never felt that my opinion did not matter or pressured to get a specific dental work based on cost as the previous review stated. I recently had several appointments at Nicosia dental with Dr. Kopacz. I needed several fillings and a crown since I hadn't been to the dentist in awhile. (Not smart). Naturally I was a bit nervous to have all this dental work done but Dr. Kopacz and her assistant Karen put me completely at ease and made sure I was comfortable every step of,the way. They actually made my visits pleasant and now I've got my dental health back on track!
