Taking the first step can be the biggest challenge! It is our job to walk with you and support you as you work through life transitions, anger struggles, post traumatic stress, grief, sadness, and/or anxiousness. We provide gentle guidance as you navigate down your path of self-exploration, offering compassion and empathy along the way.

I am a licensed clinical social worker and veteran of the U.S. Air Force. Military life was a blessing and a challenge, and I know well the unique challenges of being an active duty member, military spouse, and mother.

Having been in the mental health field for over 11 years, I have worked with individuals, couples, and families through many challenges in life, to include addictions, self-esteem struggles, anger, grief, loss, anxiety, depression, PTSD, and existential struggles.
My experience includes having been the Clinical Director for a rehabilitation center, where I implemented a mental health program to assist and encourage all individuals to explore and learn effective coping for life's challenges.In addition to being a mental health professional, I was also an elementary school teacher in South Florida for many years.
