Yeesh! I maybe should have read the reviews before coming here. I walked away thinking "hmm, that was an interesting experience..." and now am seeing that maybe I'm not alone!
I had a mama's day out to shop and roam around town and when I saw chair massages on a sign outside, I said, "sign me up!"
I was greeted by the owner who was friendly and happy to see me. She then called a masseuse who was nearby at the park to come and do my chair massage. It took him about 10 minutes to get there which was no biggy because there are comfy couches, water, and interesting

I called to ask if they did manicures and pedicures here. The woman was very rude and told me she didn't do manicures- I politely asked if she knew anywhere where they did both and she said, again, VERY rudely that unless I wanted to book with her she was busy and had a client and couldn't help me. It was shockingly rude. I would NEVER attempt to go here.

The owner is extremely rude and overcharges you and has a NASTY attitude when she realizes you CAUGHT her overcharging you (believe me, she KNOWS what she’s doing!) and has to refund you. She was extremely rude when she realized she overcharged me—given all the places I could go to, she should know to respect customers or lose business...There are SO many nicer people in Telluride offering massage and oxygen services-this place is awful and such a waste of space in this beautiful town. The blonde woman who owns this place is a HORRIBLE human being-she has to be the rudest nastiest person I've ever encountered--should NOT be running a business that caters to helping people with oxygen (and her place does not look like the clean nail/spa salons I'm used to)she needs medication for whatever personality disorder she's suffering on as she only spews vulgarity (she mistreated another customer in such a nasty way I felt compelled to write this on their behalf). Do not give her your business, she will cheat you under your very nose!

I walked in asking if they could do a polish change. I was astonished to hear her tell me no in a very rude tone followed by people with money don't get polish changes and I turned away a $200 gel manicure I don't need to accept your small business. This was while there was not a single customer in the store. I'll take my business elsewhere to places with kind people. Good luck.

RUN FOR THE HILLS!!! All the reviews mentioning the rude behavior of the owner are 100% correct. I have never experienced service this bad in my entire life! I should have known better than to leave my hair in the hands of this monster as the first words out of her mouth were to ask if my hair was "ethnic." The owner, went on to tell me she doesn't do "ethnic hair." When I asked her several times what she meant by that, she asked if my hair is curly, which it's not. Do NOT patronize this establishment. Owner is not only racist but a horrible employer. She does not pay a living wage, she spews racist nonsense and is generally a terrible person. The services she offers are garbage. She tries to justify her racism by saying she doesn't exploit Vietnamese workers but it's a false equivalence. She exploits her workers for her own profit and offers terrible service. There are many, many massage therapists, nail technicians, and stylists that are exponentially more talented and kinder that you should patronize. She also refuses to wear a mask.

I had heard that oxygen was a good remedy for altitude sickness. I had never done a treatment before, but my headache had been killing me for 3 days so I thought what the heck. A 30 minute oxygen treatment plus an add on message later, I walked out of there feeling relaxed with no headache!! As an added bonus, the owner was super nice and informative.

My husband and I came across Aroma Spa and stopped in to get massages. Michelle is a hoot, really friendly and knowledgeable, and gave a great foot massage. My husband got a 30 min massage from Susan (she is new there). After he was done, he said I HAD to get one. Let me just say - Susan is magical. This weekend I had the pleasure of receiving a massage with Susan Scott at Aroma. She is new to Telluride and I have to tell you all to book your sessions with her ASAP. Susan is an amazing therapist and person. We did a deep tissue massage and some light cupping during a 90 minute session. This place is a fantastic place to sit and just unwind. My wife and I were just passing by and stopped on a whim and wound up having a blast!!! Michelle was so much fun!!! We had our tea and oxygen and chatted away. We highly recommend this place. If the altitude has gotten to ya I promise you will walk out of this place feeling 100% better and have a new awesome friend!! Michele was so knowledgeable about the thinner oxygen, and how to deal with it. We left with some great info as well. It was well worth the price.

My friends were in from California and wanted a massage. They each book their massages at the spa. They arrived on time, but the spa could not get their act together and take care of them in a reasonable period of time according to their appointment. The masseuse that gave them their massages, had absolutely no training and did not know what they were doing whatsoever. It was a complete waste of their time, they were so unhappy, and the manager went on to charge them $500 for the massage incredibly overpriced, and a $100 automatic tip +20% tax! Arriving in Telluride last night we were all dehydrated, tiered and had mild headaches although we were trying to drink plenty of water. We decided to try find an oxygen bar. We came across Aroma Spa and decided to give it a go. We arrived and were warmly greeted by Michelle the owner whom arranged our appointments. She was very through in explaining the oxygen bar process and all of the benefits that we would have. There are a variety of flavors to choose from as well. She put nice warm neck pillows and we chilled for 20 minutes with our hot tea. Feeling good! Thank you Michelle!

I walked in for a chair massage and had an awesome experience! Customer service was wonderful. The space was inviting and pleasant. Jose is a talented, experienced massage therapist.
