Catherine is amazing. I have curly, course, thick and dry hair. I'm generally nervous getting cuts because of this. Catherine made me feel so comfortable and asked all the right questions. Loved the relaxing aromatherapy and massage before the haircut ! Wow. I got a layered trim and it has helped me so much with maintaininance and styling! Hair texture is lighter and more manageable. I really appreciate the experience and highly recommend this spa.

If you want a curly hair cut, do not go here. I specifically asked the secretary if they had a stylist who does dry/curly cuts and she scheduled me right away. When I came in the first thing the stylist did was start brushing my hair. I said I have gotten a dry cut for the last 7 years and liked it and I could tell she was uncomfortable with doing a dry cut, so I let her do it her way.
Sadly, there was no communication about what stylist does curly hair or a dry cut and they just scheduled me to make money.

Worst wax job ever. Missed knees and most of labia. Broke off all leg hair so less smooth than shaving. Used Muslin strips for Brazilian which are extra painful. Refused refund. Owner didn't even look to see the hair leftover but chose to be Smug instead. Pathetic for the base of a world class ski resort. Avoid.

Had a pedi today and was impressed with the environment and service, which is more impressive during COVID. They kept the spa atmosphere but with distancing and care. Natasha was fantastic managing people checking in and being in the space and Rose made my afternoon with a great pedi. I walked out with pretty toes and a spring in my step. Thank you!

I was walking by and thought I would get a massage. I have degenerated disc disease so I suffer from back pain that radiates down my leg. I get massages every other week.
I walked in and they scheduled within the hour. I had Sara and she was
AWESOME!!!
She knew human anatomy. She knew where you were hurting. She is strong and can manipulate you body so your muscles release their own tension. Thank you Sara for not only a great massage but helping to reduce my pain!!!

I had the most amazing experience ever here. From the moment we walked in the door, everything was so great - the people, the ambiance. My massage was perfection. My muscles were sore from skiing and I felt like I walked out of the spa completely healed. The location right by the gondola is the best. I will definitely be coming back here every time I am visiting Telluride.
