I was drawn to real estate photography several years ago when I started looking for a home. I was amazed at the poor quality of the images that were being used to promote what is, for many people, the most important investment of their lives. A home is a place where life happens, memories are made and a future is grown.
A lot of planning and consideration go into the construction of a property. The layout and flow of the rooms, molding, trim, flooring, finishes and lighting; these elements combine to create a unique and nuanced space. Architectural photography pays attention to these details along with the surrounding space and presents them in the most favorable way.
A well designed space that is functional and attractive is a great asset to the quality of life in a household as well as a huge selling point that could attract potential buyers. I work with interior designers, contractors, remodelers and stagers to showcase their work. This type of work is best appreciated when it is accurately and artfully captured.
You offer a great product at your restaurant, hotel or spa but you need good photography to show off your space and services. I offer full service photography from interior/exterior images to pictures of your food, kitchen, preparations, etc. all to show what you do and what you have to offer, in the best light.
Real estate photography starts at a rate of $185 for up to 20 images and $265 for up to 30 images of the property. Additional images between or over these price points are $10 per image. Finished images are delivered by download from a secure website, typically within 24-36 hours. A travel fee will be charged if the property is more than thirty (30) miles away from Haverhill, MA, round trip.

An amazing experience from start to finish! Jeremiah is very professional, artistic, creative, experienced and skilled. He is also quite a perfectionist. His prices are excellent and we chose a package that included all day coverage, digital rights, and an engagement session. We did our e-session at a baseball park in the spring and I shared some of my inspirational photos with him via Pinterest and he was so prepared and remembered shots I had forgotten. He took a lot of test shots to make sure the lighting was sufficient, compensated where necessary and really got creative about the different
