Catherine Elizabeth Maranian is a New England Life Style Photographer, Certified Interior Designer and working Fine Artist. Catherine graduated from The Art Institute of Boston and moved on to opening her own Interior Design and Photography Business. With her eye to not only see the beauty in her subjects, she has the ability to capture the "whole picture".
Her experience in design accompanied by her passion for art is perceived in every portrait. I am a mommy of two sweet babies, Joshua and Natalie. I am so blessed, for they given me the gift of "seeing" the joy and the innocence through a child's eyes. My biggest inspiration is my mother. When she was diagnosed with cancer it was a sad time for our whole family.

Historically, the term "Boudoir" was used to describe a lady's dressing room. In the early 1980's "Boudoir photography" was first used to refer to a type of intimate photography. Nowadays, it's quite popular for women to have Boudoir photographs done, usually to surprise that special someone in their life.
Catherine is one of a kind. She's got a great eye for detail and an abundance of creativity. She spent hours with my newborn and used all the props that she brought as well as used personal items in our home that made the shoot meaningful. Catherine really captured our vision for our newborn photos!

Just got our photo's back from our holiday mini session with Catherine and OMG! First lets start with her studio, it's GORGEOUS! So many different back drops, props etc for every age, and occasion...this girl has it all figured out! Catherine is amazing with kids, my kids are 2 & 5 so we've had pictures done several time with other photographers now, with not the best results, and she had all the tricks to get them to cooperate! She sent over our online gallery in the time frame promised and since the pictures were all so amazing it was tough to pick just a few so she gave a great deal on the whole
