Our Vision: Hands on Hands is a social service agency working with clients that have special needs. Our agency works to assist clients in building a strong foundation for independence. Together, agency and individual can work together to build strength, self-esteem, confidence, and building relationships in the community in positive ways.
Jillian L. Seip, graduated from Ohio State University in 1987 with a Bachelor's degree in Social Work and is a licensed social worker as well. She began her career working for Hamilton County Jobs and Family in a new program mandated by the state of Ohio. Due to her passion of working with this population, she decided to expand her provider business and build upon what she has learned.
