Had their shuttle drop me off at my office and then never come back to get me. Spoke to something at noon and got the most outrageously quote. I knew most of the issue before arrival but after hearing the $4700 total settled for an oil change and diagnostic. I have an older vehicle and have had to bring it in a handful of times this year. Although it's never a fun experience bringing your car to the shop, the staff at Honest-1 have made dealing with car trouble a lot easier! They are friendly, provide helpful explanations, and work fast! Additionally, they even had a member of their staff pick me up to get my car when it was done (they also have a shuttle service for this purpose as well)! Highly recommend bringing your car here if your looking for a good mechanic!

He sounded unsure and really did a poor job of explaining everything so I didn’t trust them.

So I’ve used these guys a few times now. Their communication is horrendous.

Took my Nissan Rogue in a few weeks ago as my air was not blowing as cool as it should. Honest did the evac and recharge and advised us to come back within a couple of weeks to check for leaks with they added dye. We took it in on a Tuesday (hoping to take this car on vacation that Friday). No leaks, but we were advised that the compressor needed replacing as it was going out and leaving metal fragments. We have always taken our cars here because like their name implies, they are honest. Whenever my car needs a repair they are upfront with the cost and time frame.
