I like Dr Oge very much,he's very gentle. I was kind of disappointed with my last experience. I'm 67 and the first thing that happened was my falling out of the dental chair because of the position, a young staff member came to assist me, no one else bothered to check.
I was told that for $29 As a senior I could get my teeth checked and cleaned, the old X-rays were pulled up until the Dr asked were X-rays taken, then the receptionist took them and kind of hurt my gums. She kept calling the Dr when I didn't have a question for him which kind of looked like he was annoyed by that.

I tried to support a black business and it let me down. I tried to ignore the unprofessional environment. This was the worse medical experience in my life. The dentist made a joke to the assistant about my missing teeth while I was in the chair. I cried while I was in the chair and all the way home.

The absolute worst dentist office I have ever been to. The staff are rude and unprofessional, scheduling is unorganized, and the office itself is actual trash. All rooms are open with no curtains so everyone walking by can see you getting your teeth cleaned. Do not recommend under any circumstances.

I started going to them because of my sister, I called them and their receptionist was so nice over the phone she looked up my insurance info and had me come in the next day. I was very nervous, hadn't went to dentist in a very very long time. They made me feel completely comfortable, every time someone walked by they spoke; just a wonderful surrounding. I had to have more teeth then I expected removed and they walked me though each step. My smile is everything to me now, I absolutely love what they have done for me. DONT EVER plan a walk in visit, you will be there for hours. Im warning you in advance. I walked in at 9am for tooth pain, which ended up as an extraction, and did not get out until 2pm. No exaggeration.
Certain doctors come in on certain days, and they try to keep your chart with the same doctors. Even though you planned a weekday appointment weeks in advance.
Different clinical assistants handle everything in their own methods, causing missed communication.
I waited 35 minutes pass my scheduled appointment, just for the front desk lady to tell me they lost
