Our mission is to provide a clean, familiy oriented fitness facility for all ages and fitness levels.
Doug has always had a passion for body building, although he did not start competing until he was 47. He has earned numerous NPC bodybuilding trophies but his primary passion is helping the average person get fit and healthy through proper nutrition and consistent exercise. Seeing that there was no privately-owned gym west of the Dayton Mall, Doug opened the gym in 2011 and has been refining and improving it since then.
Leg Press: The leg press is a popular piece of gym equipment that can help build key muscles in your legs. The leg press machine allows you to get the benefits of a barbell squat for developing the quadriceps. Secondarily, it develops the gluteus maximus, hamstrings, and calves. Squats: Squats build lower body muscle strength, endurance, and power.

Small local gym with free weights in the back and cardio equipment and machines up front. Weights area needs to have the floor leveled but otherwise well equipped. Also there is no attendant up front but the owner is generally easy to get in touch with if there is a problem.
Well worth the modest month to month membership cost.

The gym is nice. It's all got all you need in the free weights department, dumbells go up pretty high. Basic machines are available. It's truly 24/7 if you have the key card. The trainers are very annoying and take up more space than they need, are loud for no reason and literally just eyeball the whole time their client trains. Not having anyone at the front desk is pretty annoying. Doug may or may not call you back. Wouldn't pay anything more than 20 a month for this gym.
