Web site changes have so far prevented me from reviewing my equipment status. Old portal location does not seem to work, and there was no email or communication of the portal changes.

Marco purchased our local small Copy supply and service vendor. Everyone I have had the misfortune of dealing with at Marco has been awful. Rude and unhelpful and definitely not concerned with customer service. Unfortunately, they are our only option for servicing a Kyocera copier. Because of this, we will never buy a Kyocera again.

Not a very trustworthy company. The representative stopped by and stated he was pushed for time. I just need to sign papers for the service. He came in and had me sign a paper with address for shreding. I am a small company and do not have a lot of papers to shred. I was not given any information of what I signed. They kept coming and I had nothing to shred. They sent me an invoice with monthly payments and told me I could buy myself out of contract for over 300, dollars. I was not aware I was in a contract. Never heard of a contract for shreding. Do not trust this company. They want a payment

What I like the most is not having to think about reordering toner, as we are on replenishment. You folks do a great job of follow up and preparing customers for visits, etc. A very different sort of office service company, for sure.

Marco has been pretty good to us in my school district. Their customer service is friendly, helpful, and generally quick to respond to our needs, usually within a 24 hour timeframe. Personally, I've always had great service from them and I would recommend them.
