We have only had our 2 new printers for one week and we have already seen higher efficiency in our office processes. Kellan and Terri have been more than helpful working with our hectic schedules to come up with options that fit our business. Follow ups to ensure we had no further questions and when we would like more follow ups are a major bonus. Would highly recommend to any fellow small-business owners.

We have been very pleased with our office printers we purchased through Quality Assured Office Machines! Not only are we happy with the equipment but when we rarely experience trouble their turn around time is exceptional! All interaction that we have had from Terri, to Kellan and even the 2 service gentleman (I am sorry I have forgotten their names) each of them have been very courteous and professional! We are so thankful to have them apart of our work lives!

I have been working with Quality Assured for more than 12 years. Their front end staff have always been helpful and their response times are fast. Their repair staff is knowledgeable and repairs are done quickly. The machines leased and purchased from Quality Assured have proven to be time savers - love our newest features including stapling and folding (for church bulletins, this one is a must!).
