My experience with them is not so great . i called about getting my truck fix. Even tho i have my own parts and knew what was wrong with it. They stated that they will call me back with a price. I never got a call back. Plus they charge you 50 dollars just to get your car or truck looked at and then they tell you whats wrong with it and what they can do with it with a crazy price . when most places dont even charge to look at your car or truck until its being worked on. #They Tripping

My car broke down on the side of the road. I called and gave then the wrong road it was on. They not only went and got my car they fixed it in a timely manner thet were very understanding when a sudden death came up in my family. I appreciate you guys so much for your understanding and I'm sure my car will be running amazing when I get it next week!

This auto body shop is a good place to get body work/and or anything else u need done, to go, the do a good job and for a good price, and they don't over charge u either, I would prefer to go her along with a couple others as well... Good job and place to get work done on ur vehical!!! I totally recommend this place!!

Takes advtange of people who may not know much about cars, overcharging for repairs if they believe you don't know much about car repair. Avoid if possible, save your money and shop around for quotes and find a better place that's honest. Not to mention the lack of respect for customers for the refusal to wear masks inside in the middle of a pandemic.

Initially I was hopeful for my time with this business. I went in with my car that intermittently would not start. I explained to the front staff what was happening and told them that this is the third place I’ve brought the car. They took the keys and told me I would hear from them soon. This was on a Friday. Monday morning they called me to reiterate to them what was wrong because they had forgotten. I remained hopeful and waited to hear back again. Now, three and a half weeks later I had not heard anything so I called back.

If you're young with little knowledge of cars, beware of this place. They quoted me $525 for a fix that was so simple my dad (who is not even an experienced mechanic) came up and fixed it in about 15 minutes, and the parts were only $160. If you don't know anything about cars and are looking for a place to bring yours, I definitely wouldn't suggest bringing it here.
Editing to say that I fully understand that shops need to upcharge a bit to make a profit, and I'm okay with that. But everyone I have talked to about this has said that the price was ridiculous and a friend got the exact same repair

I was coming from out of town to a medical clinic in MP for a VA examination when my truck broke down. I had it towed to Adam's for evaluation. Dale greeted me and explained that they understood my predicament and would evaluate asap and give me priority service. I am amazed at the kindness and service I received. Next time any of my kids "fleet" of vehicles need service, I will give careful consideration to driving the extra 30 miles to this business. Trust these folks. They truly care.

I am from out of state and I buy a lot of vehicles from Michigan and take them to where I live and sell them. I like to get these vehicles checked out and have been looking for a trusted mechanic. I first went to a different place here in town Tuffy and they screwed me over badly. I then searched out and found this garage and I am so thankful that I did. They are really really good at what they do the prices are really reasonable and the customer service is phenomenal I would highly recommend this garage to anybody.

We took my wife's wheelchair accessible van to Adam's Auto. They were great. Since it's a modified van no standard auto repair place has experience with the parts on these vehicles. Adam's auto was able to figure it out quickly.
They found the part we needed and really worked with us on the price since the part itself costed $1,500. They even offered to let us take the van back and have another place fix it because they could get the part a few hundred dollars cheaper.
We decided to stick with Adam's because they were honest, straight forward, and already put enough time and energy into the van

This place is a joke worst mistake I ever made was taking my truck here for one they tire the engine out with out concent to then obviously wanted paid then we told them it’s gunna take a few for us to gather 2000 dollars to pay them for something we never said to do then out a lean on it and sold it in a auction so yea a JOKE
