I spent like 6 years with this office .. my brother had a hard time with Mrs. MARIA .. she is a nosy person, gossip asks personal questions, and when one calls her she answers reluctantly .. as if they were borrowing .. ask for a month other prices with other offices. and I realized that Mrs. MARIA was not helping clients at all, since for 6 months I was going to pay $ 1400 in my insurance, and in another office I am going to pay $ 1100 for a year ... the change is enormous, never I get insurance again with hiway insurance .. Thank you Maria for doing your job very badly ..

Last year when I bought my new Kia Rio I went to highway for insurance. I asked them about when the policy ends, and as they said they called me up and we renewed the policy after 6 months. I found out yesterday that I had no insurance on my car, so I called them and I asked them why they didn't notify me that how am I supposed to know when my policy ends I'm a busy person and I don't always remember when I need to renew things.the guy explained to me that there's a card inside that I should be keeping inside my car that has the date that the policy ends on it. My car has been without insurance

How is yours is just an agent that takes your money and they put you with these under eight insurance companies that don't want to pay once you have an accident they don't return phone calls they don't give you your rental cars that you pay for it. The old saying you get what you pay for is right you may pay lower premiums but in the end you get nothing so I'd rather pay the extra money to the State Farm or no company so that I know that my needs are met when I need them
