I was a loyal customer with Allstate for 20+ years. For the past 4 to 5 years I have been highly dissatisfied with their customer service. I was referred to this agency by a friend. I worked with Sherry Brown who has been phenomenal in going over and beyond in getting me every possible discount to offer me the best rates available. The office was pleasantly persistent. Jakob was very patient with my rigorous schedule. Her tenacity and transparency earned my business. I really had no issues with my former insurance but the savings were significant enough to switch. Time will tell if quality validates my change in service.

Tom and his team are amazing TRUSTED resources. My family and I have used their office for as long as I can remember and they always provide excellent customer service, the way a concerned parent would. They truly listen and help in a caring way. I started as a young person getting my first set of insurance and now I own a home and a rental property and still use State Farm for all of my insurance needs. I couldn’t be happier and would 100% recommend them!

I have been with Tom Luscombe since the early 90's. I still get the great personal experience today that I did then. The staff is phenomenal. I have been with them long enough to see some retire and the people that replaced them are just as attentive, knowledgeable and professional as the people they replaced. As a customer, you will be well taken care of and filing a claim is easy and painless.
