We had a loud noise coming from the rear end of our Jeep Patriot. They took it in found the problem called us explained what was wrong. They also quoted a price. They got us in and out quickly. We will only bring our car and truck to them. It’s nice to find a good honest mechanic.

I had routine maintenance done today. I am always pleased with their customer service. They understand that the right way is always the best way. A while back they corrected a problem with my brakes. They went out of their way to get it done so I could meet a travel schedule. I felt confident in the repair because they took the time to do it right. I feel comfortable saying I have found a service center for my vehicle. Thank you all at Yokum.

Made the mistake of telling them I don’t know so much about vehicles, wanted to charge me 1200$ for spark plugs and ignition coils… I will remove this 2 star review if enough people tell me that that is a normal price, but I’m pretty sure I was being taken advantage of… I ended up having a friend do it for 500

Took my truck here for an inspection.
From the initial phone call with the laddies in the office to the time to pay up, everyone was so friendly and informative. I was having issues with my fuel system and they did a diagnostic on the truck and put a fuel relocation system in and fixed my brake system. All for a very reasonable price. They have a new customer for life!! Thank you all so much!!

This was the second time I have used Yocum for my auto repairs and while nobody enjoys having expensive unexpected repairs, they make it easier just by being so friendly and professional. They are very quick and efficient and the girls in the front are so welcoming and amazing at keeping you up to date on the cost and repairs needed. I wouldn’t go anywhere else for repairs.
