Took my car in for and oil change and to have them take a peak at a lightbulb that was burnt out that they replaced less than 6 months ago. They called me 4 hours later telling me I needed to replace both headlight assemblies and it was 400 an assembly and 200 in labor. I of course was like no I came in for an oil change and for you guys to take a peak at a warranty on a headlight. The dude was extremely rude and actually hung up on me. I called back to be greeted by rob the owner who told me to get my car I owed them 260 dollars mind you I came in for a 61 dollar oil change. I wouldn’t recommend

They were fantastic! My battery completely died with all this cold weather. Triple A wasn’t able to access my battery or replace it, they were able to tow it to Kwik Kar. I called and explained what has happening, the guy ( I think his name is Ty) also made sure I wasn’t stuck somewhere with all this snow. I also mentioned that I needed an oil change & had a low tire. He made sure to call and update me on what was happening and pricing before working on my car. Ty had my car done within 4-5 hours of me having it towed, & they even tried to fix my broken passenger side mirror. 😂😂 I didn’t

For how busy this place is, they were very efficient! I had an awesome tech, he communicated well even when I had a hiccup with my oil change. He offered me options to repair my stripped oil plug and laid the cost out front and even saved me some $$. I would definitely recommend this place for routine maintenance.

I have been to Kwik kar several times over the past year for just regular car issues and touch ups. They are always fast, efficient and very nice. They take no time to fix my issues! I couldn’t have better things to say. I recommended them to my boyfriend and now he uses them too!

I was very impressed with the folks at Kwik Kar. I needed a regular oil change and was looking for a new auto shop on the south side of town. I had called a few others who either couldn't get me in or wanted twice as much money. This was the fastest oil change I have ever experienced. They also let me know about the timeline maintenance. The waiting room was spotless as was the garage. This was much more than I expected.

I had a poor experience with my car about 4 years ago. After having my oil and filter changed, my car started leaking oil at a fairly heavy rate. After inspection and changing the oil filter later it was found that the gasket from the previous filter was left on there. Therefore, the filter had two gaskets!!
I recently had my Honda Pilot serviced for two new rear brakes and rotors. I later discovered that the emergency brake pedal pushed all of the way to the floor without any tension. I had to go back and have them get the slack out of the cord. This should have been done the first time.

Wife and I have both gotten car inspections here. Both times were great with no issues. I've seen so many places in my lifetime use inspections as a chance to lie and replace things that aren't broken. No signs of that here. I do all my own mechanic work so I can't really comment on theirs. But I can say honesty is a great quality in a mechanic and I see that displayed here. See y'all again in a couple years!

I will say they were quick, and I was in a hurry....otherwise I wasn't happy. I asked for a synthetic oil change. I asked at checkout if the oil change was good for 10,000 since a synthetic was used, told we didn't use the synthetic because we used what the manufacturer recommended. So....what happened to doing as the customer requests? I've always been told don't use anything but synthetic once you have started running that, so I'm not sure what will happen.
