What originally brought me to Friendship was the workouts and the aspect of getting more fit. Which I have been able to do. I could talk about how I can now snatch my body weight, squat over #200, or string together more than 20 pull ups. But the real value has been in the people I've met. This extends well beyond the staff to so many of the members.

Not being particularly outgoing, I've made lifelong friends. Turns out fitness brought me in but the people keep me coming back. I'm so happy to train at Friendship Fitness. I wish I knew about them years ago! I always wanted to try CrossFit type workouts, but I was intimidated to do so. Friendship has a great on-boarding program of personal training sessions.
Services
In 2009, a group of 4 friends moved back to Columbus, Ohio and were reunited around fitness. While each of us found new jobs and/or finished our degrees and graduate degrees, there was one thing we all looked forward to every week: Friendship Friday's. Every Friday night we would leave our jobs / school and unite for a fun-filled group workout and hang out session.
This group class focuses on building aerobic capacity and core strength. It follows a high intensity interval training protocol and utilizes resistance training, gymnastics movements and traditional cardio training. You will experience a team atmosphere that is both supportive and motivating to help push you in these challenging workouts!
Group training will prepare you for anything life throws your way. Each day you'll do a challenging workout that combines the most effective fitness methods. Our classes lead to lasting community relationships which will keep you accountable. Your classmates will keep you accountable and make working out fun.
For most people, the key to building a "dream body" is controlling their eating habits outside of the gym. Our nutrition programs can help you overhaul your lifestyle and get you results much faster than training alone. Your coach will be there to make sure you're staying on track and progressing towards your goals.
It would be nice if we could protect our kids from everything that life throws at them, but we can't. Through our kid's & teen's fitness program, your son or daughter will develop qualities like trust, cohesion, self-accountability, and confidence, unlike anything we've seen elsewhere. We use age-appropriate skills, challenges, and equipment.
