Integrated Life Counseling Center is comprised of several Minnesota state licensed therapists. Our practice is located in a naturesque setting in Lake Elmo, Minnesota, just 1 1/2 miles east of 694. We have over 100 years of collective experience, and serve a board range of client needs. In addition to our regular counseling services, we also provide consultation, and we are available for speaking engagements.

She has over 20 years of clinical experience and has been licensed as a Psychologist since 1997. Kathryn works with adults and children (ages 6 and up) in developing resources for building internal resiliency, while considering the impact of interactions with the world around them. Through exploring connections of mind, body and spirit, she helps individuals and families develop strategies for change.
Marleen has over 30 years of experience in the mental health field providing services to all age groups. She has been licensed as an Independent Clinical Social Worker since 1991. Marleen believes her role in therapy is to help clients find their individual strengths and gifts, guiding and walking alongside them in their healing journey.
In therapy, Debbi enjoys integrating neurophysiology into her sessions, educating clients and applying this information to their care in layman's terms. She collaborates with each client to both create and engage in their plan for healing. Furthermore, she makes a practice of incorporating the entire person: body, mind, soul and spirit in her work.
Carrie utilizes a holistic approach building on strengths with sensitivity to client's values and spirituality. She approaches her role as a therapist as one who accompanies individuals on their journey moving through and past obstacles that have prevented them living to their full potential. She has significant experience working with individuals with severe and persistent mental illness as well as with their families.

I caution new and potential clients seeking therapy with Integrated Life Counseling, because my experience in attempting to schedule a first session was met with ineptitude. It was a red flag for me, so I decided against starting therapy with them. I give them more than 1 star because they eventually called back a week after I called them.

If I had to choose the best thing has happened to me in the past 2 years it was finding Carrie Twist. I have seen multiple counselors through the years and this is the first one that actually has helped me work through my issues and get to the root of them. She is patient, kind and extremely knowledgeable. She doesn’t let me just slide past things if I find them uncomfortable but knows how to help me understand it. I am an struggling addict with PTSD and this place was referred to me through my counselor at Fairview Riverside and although I am sure that all the therapists are great here but the one I was blessed with and lucky to have gotten is by far the best for myself Tracey is the most amazing therapist I have had in quite some time......... thank you much for all your help and support thx Tracey
