Also establishing boundaries and speaking your truth with others, identifying negative beliefs that are holding you back, learning healthier ways of dealing with emotions to help gain control over emotional eating habits that can leave you feeling powerless over food.Grief can be complicated. I can help you navigate the loss of a loved one and learn to co-exist with grief, to honor the loss you've experienced.

I currently accept out-of-network insurance- what this means for you is if your insurance has out-of-network benefits for mental health services, you can submit a reimbursement form to your health care provider. Reimbursement forms are provided at the end of each session. In case of financial difficulties, sliding scale fees are offered on a case-by-case basis.

This therapist is the best one I have ever had. I am just so impressed. Been to several to help me heal from my childhood and Kris has by far helped me more than any other. She is the therapist guru and is devoted to her clients. She knows exactly how to help and is soothing to me. She was the best find ever, if you need a therapist, she is it. I feel like a new person leaving her office.

I have been seeing Kris for almost two years now. We had an initial session for me to decide if she would be a good fit, and I immediately felt comfortable with her. Not only is she professional and extremely knowledgeable, but she is also non-judgmental, caring, and compassionate. She helps me work through my issues and better understand things in a way that makes me feel positive, not defeated. I am a happier and stronger person because of her.

Kris is amazing to work with! First of all, her office space is comfortable and welcoming, like her. She has the ability to make you feel comfortable right away and is not judgmental at all. She really cares about her clients and has been there for sessions on weekends or the same day. She also continues to think about clients in between sessions and has called to give me ideas of what she thinks would help with my anxiety because she was thinking about it and wanted to help.
