I cannot even explain how much trouble and an utter waste of time it was to work with Michael Hersch. He's full of false promises and is really just a selfish landlord who doesn't know how to be a realtor. He will go as far to make verbal agreements and then totally back stab you in the end. The viewing for the place I initially visited felt like an auction and a complete invasion of the tenant's vacant property. He brought in two groups (Mine and some other random) and showed the place all together. I told him I wanted the place 100% and that he would tell the other group that it was not for sale

I am more than a little surprised by the review before mine, although i shouldn't be... I know the person who left it and i am the one who (hindsight being 20/20) regrettably referred Mr. Yoon to Michael. I have dealt with Michael Hersch for a number of years now and have ALWAYS found him to be honest in his business dealings, and a man of his word. He is downright pleasant. I have sent many prospective tenants to him, and will continue to do so.

We used MPN to secure a retail space in West Philadelphia. It was a challenging negotiation with the landlord and an even more challenging building with its fair share of problems. Michael Hersch of MPN worked tirelessly to help us close the deal. We were thrilled with his professionalism and availability. I would highly recommend MPN.

Michael Hersch did a wonderful job finding us a great location and storefront to start our business and recognize our dreams! He went above and beyond the required tasks of an everyday realtor/broker and checked in on us, provided advice, and supported us while we got up and running.

I am a current tenant in an MPN property. I don't know if I can fit all of the negative things I have to say about MPN into one review, but I will try.
To be fair, I made the mistake of choosing to use MPN before I had actually come to Philadelphia, so I did not have a chance to see firsthand how unprofessional the whole operation actually was. If I can save you the trouble of making the same mistake, then the time I am spending on this review is well worth it.
Upon move in, several appliances specified in the contract were not in the unit, the interior walls were in terrible shape, and there
