Hand of the Heart Massage is a woman-owned and operated business established in 2017. We welcome and support every person seeking our services, and we assure safe, sanitary surroundings, free from judgment or discrimination.
Therapeutic massage provided at Hand of the Heart Massage involves a blend of modalities and techniques targeted at improving function, rehabilitation from a new or old injury or recovery from a recent surgery, increasing mobility in joints or muscles from overuse or repetitive motion injury. Our therapists have training in a variety of different approaches in applying therapeutic massage for the purpose of improving function.
Hot stone massage is a specialty massage where the therapist uses smooth, heated stones as an extension of their own hands, or by placing them on the body. The heat can be both deeply relaxing and help warm up tight muscles, which allows the therapist to apply deeper pressure, if desired. The warmth of the hot stones improves circulation and calms the nervous system.
We carry a variety of self-care products for your convenience that include a collection of essential oils, yoga blocks, foam rollers, palm massagers and more. While Hand of the Heart Massage does not endorse any particular brands, we do encourage using high-quality and reliable products. We have multiple sources we can order stock from; please let us know if you have a preference or need a custom order placed.

I have been receiving massage therapy from Olivia for about 4 months now. I have seen a decrease in the discomfort in my right hand from a pinched nerve. Olivia is calm and listens to me about what has been going on with my body and pain areas. She creates a very relaxing environment and I always feel so at peace when we are done. I trust her and appreciate the “self care” my time with her provides.

I can’t say enough positive things about this place. Professional, friendly, clean and welcoming environment, plus the massages are top notch. Olivia is incredible! First time this evening at Hand of the Heart Massage with Misty - absolutely wonderful! Exceptional experience from the time I called and spoke with the front office until I walked out of the door. I’ve already made my next appointment and one for my husband too! The only reason I would even hesitate recommending this practice is because I want to make sure I can always get an appointment...
