I have followed that source of fascination to a wonderful life that includes my loving wife Ally and three sons; Ever, Jaime and Jesse and my two dogs Arlo and Kenzie. My free time is spent mostly with my family, enjoying all that Oregon has to offer: hiking, surfing, snowshoeing, biking, fishing. I believe we each have an innate wisdom to feel and heal from wounds, whether they be externally or internally generated.
My hands on work draws upon Structural Integration, Somatic Awareness Therapy, Visionary Craniosacral Work, and Manual Therapy techniques. I hold space for the deep connection between consciousness, and the body, mind, heart. Helping people to inhabit the body in the most comfortable, un-oppressed way possible is ongoing work, both professionally and personally.

Before I started seeing Chris, I could barely move. I have multiple shoulder, back, pelvis and neck injuries from car accidents and other life events. I also have nerve damage from Breast cancer surgery. I couldn't wear a bra because even touching my skin under my arm was excruciating.
After a few weeks I started steadily improving... Two years later I am able to do so much more than I ever thought possible. I can wear whatever I want... including bras and low heeled wedges!! My shoulders and pelvis are exponentially better. I can Drive long distances. I have started losing weight because I am

Cris is an intuitive, knowledgable, kind being with the ability to help your body be at ease and literally function better. I'm constantly amazed at the improvements we make each week. I'm able to sit upright better, stand taller, walk easier, squat further, reach my arms straight above my head . . .all things that should be normal, yet I wasn't able to. His work is literally counteracting years of working in front of a computer in just weeks! I can't recommend Cris and his Structural Integration 10-series enough.

The service that Cris provides is unlike any service I have received in the medical field. He is very kind, intuitive and extremely knowledgeable of the body. He is also a great listener and understands what you are trying to communicate when you are explaining your internal problem. I went to him for my back problem that I had been having for months and he resolved my back issue in two sessions. I am now continuing to see him for my migraines and I believe that without a

Chris is a gifted healer and a wonderful human. His ability to really listen and empathize, as well as diving right in to quickly understand what is causing my pain was a relief. Chris is very easy to talk with and he’s great at explaining medical issues in a way at makes sense, he’s always open to my questions. I’ve seen so many specialists and other body workers over 20 years. Chris is far and above any others that have worked to ease my body pain.

I first went to see Cris after an accident-related injury. He came recommended as the best person in town for the kinds of nerve pain issues I was dealing with. I couldn't agree more. I've been going to see Cris for the past six months and it has helped a lot with the pain and its management. He is very knowledgeable about the body and also a great guy. Highly recommended.

Not just a massage. Chris combines his background in physical therapy massage with his knowledge of craniosacral therapy and Rolfing. It's difficult to find someone who is good at any one of these things, much less all three. It is an amazing combination of skills though and he has been able to help me with aches, pains, and mobility issues that I haven't been able to touch with regular massage and chiropractic work. I would highly recommend him. He is amazingly talented, caring, and professional.

I was referred to Cris by my medical provider after a lengthy battle with a chronic and somewhat complex hamstring tendinitis condition. He was quick to enbrace the challenges of my stubborn condition and applied his knowledge and expertise to my treatment plan. Cris has advanced multi-disciplinary training that benefits his clients...I especially appreciated his engaging interpersonal style and efforts he applied towards improving my health and reducing pain. He is an amazing and gifted practitioner, highly recommend!!

I was lucky enough to be referred to Cris by a friend when I was training for long distance running. At that time, my IT band was trying to kill me and I knew I had to do more than stretch. I made an appointment with Cris and it was one of the best things I’ve ever done! Cris has helped me with running ailments, every day body aches and pains and has even helped reduce my migraines when I was suffering from them multiple times per week. He is kind, caring and beyond knowledgeable in his field. He takes the time to listen to what is going on, explains what is causing the pain and gives you tips
