Cornerstone Insurance was founded in 2001 by Laura O'Neill and Dave Barsness. With her background in Real Estate and Car Sales, Laura has a unique understanding of the needs of properly protecting your family's assets. Because of her training, Laura brings a rare blend of knowledge of coverage, and the ability to explain it in terms you can understand.
If you're running a little bit late on your insurance payment this month, please use these helpful links to pay your bill online (where available) or call in your payment to your company. Of course, you can always get billing assistance from Cornerstone during regular business hours at (952) 448-5028.
If you would like to change your insurance policy please email us or call us at (952) 448-5028. Feel free to email us with a description of your request (replace a car, add coverage, etc). Because we want to make sure you get the coverage that you intended, we can't bind coverage online. Please note: your policy change will not go into effect until you receive confirmation from our office.

The team at Cornerstone Insurance is absolutely phenomenal! I am a new customer for them and to say I had a great experience is a massive understatement. I will admit insurance confuses me, I was mostly worried about getting ripped off or underinsuring myself or just having a bad policy. I stayed with an insurance agent I connected with outside of college for 20 years before signing on with Cornerstone Insurance Agency for all my insurance needs. We have been with Cornerstone for 4 years now and absolutely love working with Laura and Teresa! The level of service provided is exceptional. The response time for questions, quotes or policy changes never ceases to amaze me. When it comes to renewal time, Teresa reaches out and verifies everything looks good, always proactive! Everyone at Cornerstone is incredibly genuine, caring and kind when it comes to looking out for their customers best interests. They have been with us through every step of purchasing and insuring our last 3 homes, many vehicles and assets. Communication is a 10, and I was blown away by Annette’s willingness to drive by our new home (out in the country) to find out where the closest fire hydrant was for our new homeowners policy. Cornerstone is great to work with! Teresa is very timely and responsive. Working with this agency takes a lot of stress off my plate- they send me thorough checks of other insurance agencies they partner with to be sure I am getting the best deal. They answer my questions when I am looking at adding items to my policy or making changes. It makes a big difference being able to talk with a person in a timely manner- without having to deal with 1-800 numbers and people who may not spend the time with me that I need. Highly recommend!
