Dr. Melissa is an Olathe, KS native where she attended Olathe South High School. She then received her bachelor's degree in Human Biology at the University of Kansas where she played four years of volleyball for the Jayhawks. She continued her education at Creighton University School of Dentistry in Omaha, NE where she received her Doctor of Dental Surgery degree.
Dr. Melissa is committed to providing Louisburg and the surrounding areas with a dental office that the community will be proud of. She has a passion for building relationships with her patients and seeks out opportunities to give back to her community. She desires to be a continual student of dentistry and is active in her continuing education so that she can provide her patients with the dental care they deserve.

The entire practice from the front desk to the dentist is great! Dr. Trump is awesome, she knows what she is doing and does NOT upsell services or try to talk you into dental work that is not needed. She is an honest, knowledgeable dentist, and her team of dental hygienists are super friendly and also great at what they do. I definitely recommend this dental office.

This practice completely changed the way I feel about going to the dentist. I always know I’ll be seeing the same provider, rather than passed around based on convenience for the staff, so I don’t have to spend extra time rehashing my history for someone completely disconnected from my case. They know me, and every appointment we can pick right back up where we left off last time. That means I also trust their advice. Louisburg Family Dental is the best dental shop I have been to. The staff takes care of each patient with care and attention. Dr. Melissa is the best and always takes the time to answer any questions! The front staff is also amazing with scheduling. They are very flexible and always do their best to fit you in whenever you need it. I will be staying with Louisburg Family Dental for many many years to come!

An amazing experience all around when you go to Louisburg Family Dental. Kristine and her office staff are friendly and professional and make you feel welcome the minute you walk in the door. Dr. Melissa Trumpp, her assistant Kirstin and the hygienists put you at ease and perform their jobs thoroughly but painlessly with attention to detail and client care. It's nice to not dread going to the dentist anymore.
