AHA delivers quality care to patients at all stages of life. We specialize in compassionately serving our patients as they move from an independent residence to assisted living facilities and full-time nursing care. Should there be an emergency that requires hospitalization, our flawless communication with Hospitalists provides a high level of continuity of care.
Matthew Lefferman, DO, is the founder and chief medical officer of Access Healthcare Associates. He completed portions of his Internal Medicine residency training at Hahnemann (Drexel) University in Philadelphia, PA and Banner Good Samaritan hospital in Phoenix, AZ. Since that time, his professional focus has been the field of geriatrics.

For the past couple of years, Dr. Lefferman and his staff took exceptional care of my mother in law! They went above and beyond to make sure she was well taken care of at all times! The staff was very knowledgeable and always available to answer any questions in a professional and timely manner. Dr. Lefferman and the entire team at Access Healthcare have made my 93-year-old mom's home medical care safe, kind, and efficient. Dental work, ophthalmology, podiatry, x-rays, blood work, etc. have all been arranged for her to have in her own home, which has maximized her comfort level. All her life she has resisted medical treatment of any kind, but she likes and respects Dr. Lefferman, and cooperates with him, a miracle. I also appreciate his quick responses to any of my concerns. I sleep a little better knowing that my mom has such good professional care with minimal stress for her.

Dr Lefferman’s Group of amazing doctors and nurses, health professionals and many more cared for both my parents at Canyon Trails in Canoga Park, CA for three years. These men and woman went above and beyond for my parents. Got me doctors appointments and referrals regarding my parents needs regarding Dementia, Dad’s kidney issues. Mom getting the medication she needed for her asthma. The Market Pharmacy, who works with the group also went above and beyond for us as well.
