The lady from McGrath Realty told me she has 20 years of experience in Real Estate. She came over a few times (after having to reschedule a few times). Then came (her idea) of researching and checking in with the town on past records. Making sure that modifications were in order (which they were). After a few weeks (looking at comps) she gave me (orally) a value/appraisal which I agreed with. The next step was she was supposed to come and take pictures of the house. She said her husband flies drones for making nice house videos. It sounded very cool. *I'll admit that my house needs some sprucing
