These folks are amazing. If you have a Rennai water heater go to them first. Another company had screwed ours up during a basic service and wanted a huge amount to repair. I called Hard Rok for a second opinion and they handily fixed what turned out to be a minor issue with a dirty igniter at a fantastic price. They also gave me a lot of much more reasonable (and logical) options for repairs if it has issues again. Chris was wonderful and professional, and they saw me the day after I called. I've used Hard Rok in the past for our iron extracting system install. Robert was great then. Today we woke up with the furnace blowing cold air and it was -16 ! I called , reached Bill. Less than an hour later he arrived, diagnosed the problem in minutes (filter installed backwards) and found a condenser malfunctioning. This not urgent. He showed husband how to replace. No charge for call . Pleasant, professional, knowledgeable. Hard Rok will be our go to team for heating and plumbing! They are the BEST !

I can't say enough about this great plumbing company. For years they have provided exceptional service to my entire extended family.
