Tim and company are awesome! I called with a toilet leaking issue in our guest apartment after our guests reported the problem. It was middle of the day, but Tim said he could come out in about two hours. He sent two gentlemen who were professional, polite, knowledgeable, efficient, just awesome! When they got here I asked them to also fix the bathroom faucet which was loose and leaking. And, to check all of our toilets! They did not hesitate, and got the entire job done within about 15 or 20 minutes. I’m so grateful to them all, this is a busy season for guests and they made it work. I keep
