I live in a four unit condo building and during the deep freeze we experienced in Chicago, a pipe burst and the ground floor condo started flooding. Water was literally pouring in from the ceiling. It was after-hours and plumbers were in high demand. I wrote down a set of phone numbers and started calling. Fortunately, DA Vinci responded to the call. I had Da Vinci Plumbing come out to rod my basement. My basement flooded on Tuesday. I spent six hours removing the water in the basement. I called and left a message. They called in the morning to follow up after I made me inquiry. Mike, the owner, did email me to try to reschedule, as they had a couple of guys out sick. I explained that my basement had flooded again today and I really could not wait. He said he would see what he could do. He called me back 10 minutes later and said he would be there within the hour.
