Never used Village Plumbing before but I'll definitely use them from now on. Showed up on time, fixed a clogged kitchen sink and installed a new kitchen faucet. Looks great, works great, totally reasonable price.

With everything going on in the world today, customer reviews have become an essential indicator of how businesses interact with their clients, having said that Village Plumbing is by far the best plumbing company I've used. Pricing was excellent as well as their level of service. If you want you plumbing done once and right Village Plumbing is the only choice

Jim at VPlumbing is great. I though I needed a new ejector pump because something wasn’t right. Jim came out and figured out it was a simple fix. Most companies would have said I need a new pump. I will only use Village plumbing.

I called for the first time, so happy with Cheryl whom talked to me and scheduled to send a professional plumber exactly when I asked for. Super happy with customer service and service I had. I will consider to remodel and renovate my bathrooms by them, as well.

Good service, but overpriced. I've used Village Plumbing several times over the years and I've always found that they know their stuff and do good work. The office staff is very professional and answers and returns calls promptly and I've almost always been able to get someone out same day or next day, so those areas are all very positive. Really, they deserve a 4 to 5 star for their service but their pricing has really started to irk me the past couple of times I've used them, which is causing me to leave a 3.

Today I had someone over for a leaky pipe and a loose faucet

I used them for the first time to check for a bathroom shower stall leak problem that others could not solve. I was impressed with the professionalism and attitude of the plumber they sent, and he quickly diagnosed a problem that others had overlooked. Very satisfied.

Bought a house in Evanston 2 years ago. We recently started having some problems with our water heater that's approximately 10 years old. It needs to be repaired or replaced. Village plumbing is who installed the unit originally so I thought I'd give them a shot plus they've had some nice reviews on yelp.
Well my first 2 calls were never returned. Some sort of answering service. I was ready to give up and call another plumber but I thought I'd give them one more shot. This time a got the office manager and things went very smoothly from there. She was friendly and provided

Don't know what else to say, but watch out. Big FRAUD ALERT with these guys.
Village Plumbing changed a toilet ring in the span of 20 minutes. Then they charged 10 hours worth of labor at $90 per hour for a total of $980 for this "service."
Months later, this same company broke our wall in an attempt to fix a central building pipe and left the wall open for months in the winter.
I am not saying all the employees there are dishonest, but the ones that did this are ruining their reputation irreparably.

Super honest. Super knowledgeable. Having a plumbing emergency is no fun but Eric always helps us out of a jam. Last time he came out on a Sunday to help us after our sub pump stopped working and we took on water over night in the basement. I love these guys.

Have used Village Plumbing for our needs for years, and was shocked at my experience last night. I had a plumbing emergency (dead ejector pit pump and overflow into basement), and called the Village number. Their answering service took down my info, and let me know he would page the "on call" right away. After an hour with no contact, I called back, and he indicated he would try again. I held out hope that I would hear from them, mopping up and trying to keep up with shop-vac. Finally had to call someone else. I did get a call from them the next morning though - telling me that they have

Have used Village Plumbing for both commercial and residential for years and they have always done an outstanding job, they return phone calls and show up on time. The best part of their service is they always take the time to analyze the situation and come up with the best solution for your pocketbook and the problem. Village will continue to get my business. 5 Star!

I am really, really bummed about what I experienced from this company today! We live in a 6 condo unit building in the city and we have been searching for a plumbing company that we can all use long term for the building's needs and our individual needs. Village was recommended to my by another friend that lives here that has used them for years on her place and some rental properties and she only had rave reviews about them! I called them this spring when our basement was backing up with sewage (gross) and they were professional, polite, courteous, on-time and they got the job done correctly

Absolutely the worst! I have gotten completly RIPPED off by these plumbers twice. This time, a simple kitchen faucet installation took over 2 hours and cost over $700. Absolutely ridiculous. Do not use these plumbers!!
