I have had my homeowners insurance with Barrows for many years and just moved by auto policies back there with some help from Marcy Neumeyer. Marcy was great to deal with. She responded to my questions promptly and saved us quite a bit of money. Through this process we had to change the registration of one of our cars. Marcy took care of all the registry leg work for us and even delivered new license plates straight to our house. Marcy was incredibly knowledgeable and was a pleasure to deal with.

I worked with Marcy and cannot recommend her enough! She helped me set up my first ever car insurance policy, so I had a lot of questions that she was happy to answer. I then moved to a new state and needed a new policy. Marcy went above and beyond to ensure I knew exactly what I needed to do to get it in place. She was unable to write the policy due to the state I'm in, but still helped every step of the way. 5 star customer service - thank you!

As a 16 year old with my first car I was kind of lost in regards to car insurance. Barrows Insurance was recommended by a friend, when I entered the adorable little house/business in the center of Mansfield I was welcomed by a kind woman who made me feel comfortable and safe right off the bat, this was Janice Barrows and the year was 1970. I have been with Barrows Insurance ever since and I must say that Janice's legacy lives on through her dedicated children and grandchildren. I have my auto insurance through Barrows and contacted them about renewing / changing my homeowners insurance with them. Caitlin was phenomenal. She informed me that my last agent had me under insured, which is a scary thought had something happened. I was also informed of a few little extras that we were eligible to add on for minimal amount that now gives me extra peace of mind. 5 stars isn’t enough. The Barrows agency has slightly relocated into an eloquent new office just feet from their old office. The inviting new decor has me feeling safe just entering their establishment. Calling their staff insurance agents is doing them a disservice. They are more like insurance super hero’s. While driving I always feel as if an accident my occur one of them would appear to stop danger bare handed. I find it hard to think I could get this type of quality and caring service from most other competitors.

You may save a little going with a big company, but I'm not even sure if that's true any more. I do know you can't drive 5 minutes, park right out front, walk in any time and get prompt friendly service at a big company. I don't just want the person that explains my policy to know the policy, I want them to know ME. Barrows is a family business. The Barrows family is a nice family. This company has been around for many years for a reason. They're good. I hope you never have an accident, but if you do, do you want to call an 800 number and have "Bob Jones" from
