One of their business customers hit me. I spoke with Steve when it first happened and he told me he would submit the information and would hear from the carrier the next day. Two weeks go by and he’s passing the buck to the business and the business is standing by that they submitted all the information needed. I then called the carrier myself to submit the claim. Steve’s lack of care, ability to follow through and general sense of awareness is astounding.

I’m one to read reviews--not write them. But this is an exception because of over a decade of exceptional service from Linda at Fitzgerald Insurance in Walpole, MA. Insurance is one of those necessary evils that is daunting and confusing. I have always received the best quotes and service from Linda. And she is always patient, clear and informative about the insurance lingo and jargon that confuses most of us.
