Being age impaired, and not having been in the housing market for decades, and not wanting to be in the housing market. They handled a crotchety old man well. I suppose I had a price range and location that was a challenge? They did a great job, I was glad I chose them for my realtor needs.

I will start by saying I am happy to be in Tallahassee and mostly pleased with my new place. Just never had such a problem with a real estate organization doing repairs. I chose to rent from a "professional" and pay more to avoid all of the following. I moved from out of town and was shocked that my new place wasn't freshly painted. Face plates missing from electrical outlets. The carpet not freshly cleaned (see picture of what came up when I vacuumed). Filthy blinds and water damaged blinds on the windows. Dishwasher broken.
