Don't waste your time. He's about as useful as a chocolate fire guard. After multiple e-mails enquiring about his listing in Panacea Fl, I finally picked up the phone. The 1st number listed was a fax, the 2nd I got through only to be told he is so busy he doesn't feel the need to reply to e-mails and enquiries.
He promised me comps, but tried to fob me off with a link to a spurious app via text. Then when I chased him up the following day, he chose simply to ignore me from there on in. No wonder the house has been on the market for over 9 months!
