At Potters Auto Specialties, we understand the importance of having your vehicle running properly. We work to give your car the care that it needs to operate properly and work at its peak performance all year long. When you bring your vehicle in for a service, we also inspect it for free. We will let you know what was found and prioritize any needed repairs, and provide complete estimates before any work is performed.

I’m very happy with Ed and the crew and will definitely use them again. I took my ‘63 Buick Riviera in because I was having issues with the brakes. I had no idea what was wrong. Master cylinder? Wheel cylinders? Brake lines? It could have been bad and very expensive. When I went in to check Ed said all he could find was it was low on brake fluid. I so much appreciate the professionalism and honesty. I recommend Potter’s Automotive 100%

Great local shop. The staff is always friendly and the quality of work is top-notch. In addition to changing all the fluids in my Jeep CJ7, I had a rattle coming from somewhere. They quickly found the loose bolts and tightened them vs. charging me for some expensive fix. Very much appreciate these guys!

Very disappointed. As I read other reviews on here, they charged $85 for a diagnosis. They charged us $125! I just drive a Jeep.
He didn’t even figure anything out, he said he needed to “dig deeper” and it was going to cost $270!! What a joke!
Update: a fuse was blown. A $20, 10 minute fix in my front yard. Now my cars running just fine. What a waste

After hearing a friend say her daughter had once had a bad experience with Potters I was sceptical. But after reading all the good reviews, I opted to try them anyway.
Upon walking through the door, I was immediately put at ease, seeing one of my favorite customers where I work standing behind the counter. I explained what I'd heard and he immediately explained that it wasn't their shop that did that work. But it was their shop that took the hit from her bad reviews and hounding. Knowing everyone involved, I chose to believe my customer. The work was done in a timely manner. Very professional

I had to get some work done on my truck and was visiting from out of town. Potters was amazing I called on a Monday, dropped off my truck that night and by Tuesday afternoon had a complete maintenance check completed on my truck. They were extremely helpful and upfront about everything. I would highly recommend.

Hands down the best service I've ever received from an auto repair business. I received a follow up phone call from the owner himself to inquire how our vehicle was running after he did some overdue maintenance on our Chevy sedan (he replaced the spark plugs and did some work on the fuel injection system on our vehicle about two weeks ago). The staff/owner are friendly, get you in for service quickly, and have fast turnaround. After receiving the follow up call today, I was blown away by such fantastic customer service! We won't take our vehicles anywhere else from now on. Thanks
