Sunday afternoon the starter in my Lexus died. At 8 AM Monday, I called State Farm and set up a tow to Titan Auto Repair. I then called Titan, and they agreed to accept the car even though they are booked out a month ahead. At 11 AM, Titan called me to say the car was ready. They also replaced the air filter. The job price was right in the ballpark for average costs in this area, the work was done quickly, and the people were friendly and helpful. Thank you, Titan, for being truly committed to customer service.
