Awesome. Personally I think it’s a perfect location. Quiet enough but still super close to everything. Staff was amazing I think we are at almost every place in town that Carlos suggested. Loved them all!

I just had clients stay with you and they were happy with everything. I want to particularly thank Carlos for helping with gifts that I had sent to their room. He made sure it was refrigerated and waiting on them when they arrived. Special touches make a difference and combined with the great stay and customer service, I would book clients here again for sure!

We loved it here! Beautiful rooms, clean, large /suite size. Court yard, landscaping, pool were lovely and island feeling. Location was ideal for
walking to a lot of tourist attractions.
Staff was helpful, bakery was within a block or 2 and was good. We'd definitely come back! Stayed in Arch house.

Never even got to stay. I’m a ICU nurse and my unit was extremely understaffed so I stayed to work. My partner and I tried calling multiple days in a row to change the dates. They kept telling us to call back or change online. When I spoke with them again today they said they could have changed the dates if we had called yesterday. Don’t waste your time.

Absolutely loved, loved this place would definitely stay here again. The front office was the most helpful. They were able to accommodate us after Elsa. Best trip so glad we were able to make it happen and they helped it happen.

Beautiful hotel in the middle of everything and exceptional customer service! My fiancé and I were celebrating our engagement and the hotel staff upgraded our room to a patio suit, which we didn’t expect at all. The room was extremely clean and nicely furnished. The amenities are beautiful as well! Carlos and Annetta were the sweetest and made our stay even more pleasant. Will definitely be back!

We came here for the 4th of July weekend (2 adults and one toddler) and stayed in the garden studio suite (it is a studio with kitchen including pots and pans). We took the Key West Express and this hotel is located very close to the ferry dock in a very charming Key West neighborhood. We can't say enough about how lovely this hotel is: it is very clean, the tropical garden is so charming, and the buildings are in great condition. The manager is so nice and everyone who works here is really lovely. Highly recommend and can't wait to come back.

Perfect location to walk everywhere. We were in the Cigar House room 8 and I loved the hammock and Adirondack chairs on the patio. Only downside was the ceiling fan in the bedroom didn’t have speed control so difficult to keep air moving while trying to sleep. The on site bike rentals were a great deal and the bikes were awesome and well maintained for a day of riding around the island.

This was our second stay here. In the midst of a pandemic the staff go above and beyond to make it comfortable. They give coupons to local cafes since they can't offer breakfast or room service. The rooms are beautiful and well appointed. All with kitchens and full sized fridges with all you need to cook if you choose. Gorgeous gardens with waterfalls for tranquility. Bike rentals available if you wish. Cafe bustello pods for the keurig in your room. Mattresses so comfy I slept like a baby. Pool and sauna. You can leave your bags before and after. Close to everything without the feel of it

Stay here if you like old Florida Keys!! The room was amazing as was the property. Pack light, we were on the third floor and there isn't an elevator. Worth it. Comfy bed, super clean, great staff, beautifully decorated, nice extras like water! Very nice kitchen with everything you would need, although we didn't use it. Parking is difficult in Key West, we parked in the parking garage which was central to the marina, food and the room for $32 for 24 hours.

Had a wonderful stay at the Island City House Hotel for our couples getaway just before Christmas 2020. The hotel was perfect for our stay. We had a king 1 bedroom suite on the second floor of 1 of their three buildings. The room was extremely clean and well kept. The hotel is a couple blocks off of the chaos of Duval street, which is only a quick bike ride or walk away. It was peaceful and quiet and BEAUTIFUL. We sat in the gardens quite a bit (pictured below) and lounged by the pool often as well (also pictured below). Hotel staff were friendly and accommodating. They have a coin op washer/dryer

Amazing stay! We live in Miami Beach and make it to Key West often..... if I could stay here every time I would, if I could live here, hell, I would! The cutest garden area and pool, there are multiple buildings making you feel a little secluded! The room itself was adorable, so much space and the balcony was AMAZING (it had a hammock on it and overlooked the garden). We rented bikes from the office and the customer service was fabulous! We will definitely be back! Thank you!!!!

I hate to write a review complaining about a property. However, what's right is right! I booked 2 rooms checking in on June 4 2020. I booked them back in December before the Coronavirus hit the US. I called today to cancel the 2 reservations and explained to the manager Eric, that people in our group could not travel then because they could not get off of work (now since the Coronavirus outbreak has happened.) They work in the medical field and have been told that they cannot take any vacation until their employer notifies them that they can.
On top of that, all major hotel chains, cruise

Terrible place to stay. We arrived early and left our bags and the lady said she would call us for an early check in. We were first on the list. We never got a call. When we did get checked in, we were very disappointed in our rooms. The place is very old. Not many plugs for 2 sleep machines in the bedroom. The staff was not willing to try to ask Maintainence for an extension cord. The air conditioning could not cool the room because of the very tall ceilings. The biggest complaint I have is the shower. Not enough water pressure to rinse my hair in the shower and then it wouldn't drain out

The property is beautiful; it's calming and quiet and embodies everything that Key West has to offer. But I was underwhelmed by the experience. The location is great - close to the water and easy access to the Duval Loop. This ended up being a great development since there is no parking available.

The room was clean and quiet, but some of the features should be checked. The hot water in our room was spotty - water would go from hot to temperate very quickly and the television in the bedroom wouldn't turn on. I will say that the best feature was the resident cat, Bert, who was out and

My husband and I stayed at the Island City House during our wedding week - November 2017 - post hurricane Irma. Everything looks just as beautiful as it did when I stayed here several years ago. The gardens were lush and the pool and lounge area inviting. I have seen a couple bad reviews on here and one thing you have to understand is that this hotel is full of historical charm that many of us fall in love with when we come to Key West - this means it's not cookie cutter hotel. The three buildings are amazing. Very clean and the staff is so nice and helpful. So far I've stayed in the

I am absolutely enchanted with this quaint inn! Perfectly located within walking distance to everything. Beautiful grounds, extremely helpful & polite staff! I love how they have it decorated. The bed is fantastic, big fluffy pillows, lovely soaps in the en suite. I am thoroughly enjoying my stay here. Love that they have bikes available too!

Loved the hotel. Stayed here last time I visited Key West. I could live there in a heart beat. Reservations were made through Hotel Tonight, check-in was a breeze, no hidden fees at the check-in desk (no crazy hold on your credit card for incidentals.) No one was there to hassle you about "activities or excursions." The room it self was like an apartment only nicer with housekeeping service. The room had a very smooth laid back Old Key West vibe. It almost felt like I was checking in to my home without the normal everyday stress of fast paced life. Check out was just as simple I handed

Island City House Hotel has the quaint, homey feel of a B&B (without the extra B).
We stayed in Room 14, a comfortable space on the ground floor with a kitchenette, two TVs, and an old creaky bed. It's strategically located in Old Town near the marina, within walking distance of several breakfast options like Old Town Bakery, Cuban Coffee Queen and Pepe's.
The biggest convenience was the bike rentals offered by the hotel! It was very affordable, and you're able to keep the bikes day after day and just pay the total when you check out. The bicycles were in good condition with
