Vegan and vegetarian options are plentiful here! I absolutely loved the cauliflower appetizer- so amazing, flavorful, crunchy. I also really love the vegetable samosas. The aloo gobi is a great filling vegetarian option. The double tadka dal lasooni was on the lighter side and could use a little more flavor but very healthy and good vegan option. Palaak with chickpeas is also a good vegetarian option! Onion and garlic naan are both amazing! Food here is definitely one of the best Indian spots I've tried in the area!

First time ordering and I enjoyed my meal. I got the samosas appetizer which were nice. You get 3 for $10 plus a sauce & the mint chutney was very nice. My main entrée was chicken tikka masala. The flavors in the sauce needed a little more time to blend and the chicken was a little tough. It was good but it would have benefitted from simmering longer. For dessert I got the Ras Malai which I enjoyed but the portion was very small for 5.95. Overall a nice meal but I was a little disappointed because after reading the reviews and looking at the prices my expectation was higher then what

This was my favorite Indian restaurant up until tonight. Oil everywhere for the chicken tikka masala. They also changed the rice container to a much smaller portion but didn't lower the price. I'm good

My stomach is in shambles.

Our local Indian restaurant has shutdown. We gave this one a try. Ordered a Peshwari nan but a plain undercooked one arrived with the order.

My boss and I were meeting for lunch and she had been wanting to try this place. All I can say is the food is amazing, the service is impeccable and the atmosphere is calming. We will definitely be back. The Paneer Tiki and Chicken Vindaloo were delicious and they even brought us out a naan to try, Rosemary and Garlic, which was amazing. Highly suggest!

Tikka Masala sauces come on the side for carry out, chicken seemed dry and there were no utensils in the delivered bag. Otherwise rice, flavor and sauces were tasty. Delivered early by grub hub

My friend brought me here. He has been many times. They had a very nice selection, all the food was fresh, and delicious. Not overly spicy which is to my taste. there were different breads, rices dishes, vegetarian dishes, meat dishes. I really enjoyed it. The staff was polite and friendly. I look forward to going again.

The stuffed aloo paratha had barely any aloo in it or spices it was waste of money. But crispy eggplant chaat was really good

I love this place. But you have to ask them for "Indian Indian spice level". Yes, the guy will look at you funny, that's when you spray paint yourself and tell him you can take the "Indian Indian spice level". Just do it.

Delicious. That would be an understatement. This is the best Indian food I've had in a very long time. Chole bhature wasn't oily at all, paneer pokara was crunchy and smooth, haryali kebab was out of this world.

Tasty food, coupled with perfect ambience and service, need I say more?

Great place however this food is not for me not what I thought it would be definitely recommend the staff is wonderful come here and try it when you get a chance.

Fabulous food. Fresh popadoms, lovely pickle tray, large tender prices of chicken in my chilli garlic chicken and a large tasty peshwari Nan. Great value for money. Love it.

My wife picked up a menu and thought we would give it a try , placed our order quick delivery and were in ormiston , it was brilliant will definitely order again

This indian restaurant is such a pleasant surprise, it looks so small from the storefront and once you enter boom! Huge! lol The decor is pretty and sets a nice ambiance. The staff is nice and the food is always fresh.

They have all the standard fares and lots of options. I wished the food was spicier but that's just my preference. I also order their garlic naan, samosas and chicken tikka masalas.

I wanted to give this place 5 stars and have visited this place many times for its cuisine. The food is delicious but the service is non existent. One waiter, four tables, never asked us if we wanted something to drink, one bowl of rice for three people and told us if we needed more he would bring more. He never came back till we were almost done. But the real reason for the one star is during this pandemic we are trying to support safe places for our dining experience. The waiter came back to our table without a mask and kept it off for the remainder of our stay. No meal is worth getting

It's been a while since my partner, our friend and I haven't eaten in Hackensack, NJ and decided to try something new. Started as a take-out restaurant in Rochelle Park, the owners served Indian-style street food. From that success, they launched the current establishment back in 2014 as a premier fine dining restaurant specializing in Mughlai delicacies, North and South Indian specialties, and Indo-Chinese fusion. A beautifully decorated restaurant with marvelous interior. It is quite spacious inside, with plenty of sitting available.
I have been pretty amazed by the taste of Indian dishes they have able to create. I rarely find that legit taste in Indian restaurants in this area. We tried several of their items:
Samosa Chole Chat - absolute delight of an appetizer, three samosas cut into halves, mixed with chickpeas and dahi (plain yogurt)
Chicken65 - tender crunchy fried chicken cut into small pieces
Malvani Shrimp curry - plenty of gigantic shrimp with a delicious curry sauce
