We recently took our vehicle to get maintenance after receiving a recommendation for OK Tire. After two trips our issue was still not resolved through OK Tire even though they said everything was good. We took our vehicle to another company and the issue is finally resolved. (After spending a lot of money might I add). OK Tire notified us after the first time they "repaired" our exhaust and muffler that we were all set, wait then why was it still making that god awful sound hmmmm. We took it again to OK Tire and they covered a pipe over the rotted pipe thinking that would solve the issue. After

I had 4 new tires put on and they disposed of the old. For a fee.
I also had a muffler put on. They disposed of the old one. No fee for disposed
I was young and Dave Wolifer worked with me and a payment plan for young teenagers.
Hired teens to work, always had confidence in workers and they worked above and beyond to prove Dave's decisions were good.
Thank you Dave and OK tire workers.

First time customer, had badly worn tires took it in for front end inspection and alignment. Was expecting the worse, He could have told me I needed hundreds of dollars worth of parts and I wouldn't have questioned it. Instead, He told me I didn't need any parts it was just badly out of alignment. Very honest mechanic , Highly Recommend.
