I called they answered and they actually showed up to tow my car from the side of the highway to my mechanic. Right there are 3 qualities that are extremely rare in Pa. Answering the phone, showing up, and doing the job requested. That in it itself gives at least 4 stars. I never met them, but they got the job done. Kudos Paul's towing. I only had to call once and I didn't have to wait with the car. No aggravation!

I've been a customer for 4+ years, this longevity should reveal its own message.
Six months ago a check engine light was examined by Paul's only to reveal it was a Nissan warranty covered transmission repair. I was provided with guidance from Jeremy, Bryan and Jared resulting in a successful repair by Nissan; Paul's did not charge me for their expertise in getting my car fixed.
Most recently I replaced the original (2016) brake pads & rotors. Within a day or two the brakes began knocking/banging when the pedal was pressed. Without delay Bryan did his homework which revealed a TSB (Technical Service

We had unexpected car trouble on our vacation. We dropped the car off and they were very friendly, polite and knowledgeable. Communication was excellent and they were honest in their explanation and opinion of what the probelm was. The issues were problems with the cylinders and fuel injector.
We highly recommend using Paul's. Price was fair and we really got a good vibe. We appreciated how quickly our car was done so that we could travel back home.

DO NOT TRUST this business. Total rip off. AAA sent them to help my daughter after her car slid off the road during snow storm. John Kragvitich the owner told her and I that he would not even send a truck to help unless I gave him my CC number. The entire point of AAA is to insure that does not happen. He then left her sitting by the road for two hours. Eventually a Police Officer came to help. 5 minutes later she was back on the road.

I felt the need to write this review, because I had to let the ppl know about my experience. I woke up on a Saturday morning and drove from my house in Brooklyn, NY to Wamart, Pa. The drive was 3 hours. When I was 10 mins from my destination my radiator started smoking, and my car was over heating. I went to 2 shops before I made it to Pauls on the recommendation from the last shop I had been to. When I got there, the guys were really nice to me and made me feel as if they were trying there best to get my car fixed. The other shops said I would have to wait until Monday but Paul had me fixed and

Our tire was practically flat seemingly in the middle of nowhere. We yelp'd for a garage in the area and Paul's Garage had the best ratings and reviews. We soon found out why. Jeremy was extremely helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. The crew in the garage knew what they were doing and had our tire patched and inspected in 20 minutes. The rates were reasonable, the service friend and professional, the garage was clean. A pleasure under the circumstances, I would highly recommend Paul's garage.

I had a slow leak in one tire, and suspected an old patch had gone bad. The guys thankfully got me in the day I called, and quickly determined there were several punctures causing the leak and a replacement tire would be necessary. The new tire wasn't cheap, but I truly appreciate the approach the guys took--get one (matching) tire now, get the rest of the life out of the others, and let's look at different tires when the other three need to be replaced. Jeremy at Paul's garage took the time to discuss the problem I was having with my Toyota Sienna and gave me some options based on the age of the car and the price to repair it. He was very knowledgeable and courteous. I was so comfortable with the staff of Paul's Garage I've been back for oil changes and inspections. I doubt that I'll ever see a dealer's service dept again.

This past weekend I was skiing with my girlfriend at Elk Mountain in Union Dale, PA. We came out after a day on the slopes on Friday, and I found that my rear tire on the driver's side was flat. My girlfriend and I are from Jersey, so we were completely unfamiliar with the area. After putting on the spare tire, I got on Yelp and saw Paul's Garage had five stars. We took the car to the dealer in Scranton because we didn't know any service station in the area. Paul's was recommended and we made an appointment for an oil change. Not only did they service the car in less than an hour, we got a complete diagnostic on the car, including tire wear. All this for less than $30. Will be coming back for the next servicing.

Love Paul's. Had a seal go. They had it diagnosed and fixed by days end. Same with my water pump a year later. Also had a horrendous squeal coming from my suspension. That was in and out in 10 minutes with no prior notice. Everything they do is up front, honest, quick and at a reasonable rate. They are my first choice for all my maintenance and repair needs.
