Buyer beware. Looking for a lot and the one we wanted was under contract. Fell through. The realtor called us back saying the lot is now available. Called the city to find out it if not even a buildable lot. I am sure the owner and the realtor knew this before listing this. That is why it has been vacant since 1999. All they care about is making money. Will never buy from them.

I would not even give them a 1 star. They do not deserve it. A busted soil stack was not disclosed and it was actually covered up when I saw it. The agent should have said sonething. I wish I could show the pictures. They told me all of the trash would be removed from the house and we will need a dumpster to remove all of the trash. I would definitely not recommend them.
