Tons of issues surrounding the room and hotel itself to expensive for quality of rooms and services provided. Rooms barely work as they currently sit, plus you have to pay for parking for the amount of time your there on top of the hotel costs for The room

Staff rude and don’t honor what they say. Specifically asked two staff at check in and when I picked up keys a specific question and they lied. Rooms were nothing special. Better options up and down the street.

I came for my birthday & would love to return soon again. Love the way the hotel is so close to Disneyland. The smell throughout the Hotel was so good. The only problem was the parking , it didn’t have enough parking.

This is the only place to stay if your going to Disneyland,the pool is awesome, for little ones & adults, I have gone with & without kids😁we would not stay anywhere else😍

I called when we booked and asked if we could extend our parking on the day we check out. I was told no problem. Policy changed and nobody let us know. Won’t ever ever ever stay again!!!!

It’s always great staying in this hotel.. It’s like our second home..All the staff is awesome & the rooms are very nice. My family and have been staying here for years and will continue to do so.. Byron & the whole staff is always excellent!! Definitely recommend!!

Front desk needs help with customer service We are Staying this weekend arrived room has a horrible view i requested park view instead we have view of heater pipes also ac makes horrible noises. 2nd time here probably our last. First time we received discount for being essential workers this time nothing..
