Jimmy Thompson State Farm has been wonderful! I have received excellent customer service and great rates on my auto and rental insurance. Brittney Purselley has been my go to contact person. The team at Jimmy Thompson is 10/10 the best team in Texas. I contacted one of their agents, Alec Gavin, and he helped me find a plan that is right for me as well as my friends. Their entire team shows the professionalism you’d expect right off the bat, and the atmosphere in their office is one of the best. They actually seemed to care about my well being and security.
