Corey was very professional and used the script that Statefarm teaches to all of their potential future agents but there rates are almost triple of what I pay for the exact same coverage. If you're just looking to pay a ton of money for insurance you're at the right place. Keep in mind you're not paying for just insurance, but also SF spends a ton...millions of dollars on ridiculous TV commercials that actually if you pay close attention to them they promote company theft where Jake is receiving great gifts from employees in return for great rates and then the Agency has to pay SF for the advertising

I’ve been nothing but satisfied with Jordan Smith’s office since my whole family got our insurance through them. Everyone is very helpful when we call them for any questions we may have. Lately we’ve been dealing mostly with Samantha, and she is the most helpful and nicest person every time we talk to her. It’s honestly so refreshing these days, because getting professional, helpful customer service is very rare, but she is also so sweet that you get off the phone with a smile on your face. I’ve also dealt with Jordan Smith personally many times, and he went beyond what an insurance company

I had Progressive for over 2 years before moving to State Farm. This is by far the best decision I could have done for both auto and home insurance. In the 2 years with Progressive my rate decreased only $20 and I never got a call from them to ask anything whatsoever. With StateFarm I got a lower rate much better coverage and the best customer service ever. They fixed my cars hail damage without any issues. I can’t express how happy Im to be insured with StateFarm at Jordan Smith, his team is the best. I tell all my acquaintances to switch to get the best service they will ever experience.

Brittany and the whole team are always super helpful when I call. This office has a family feel to it seeing as when you walk through the door they know your face and name without even having to ask and not having “you’re just number” feeling as other companies. Jordan is always responsive with any phone calls or emails and will guide you on the right track with any claim information or documentation you need. All around great team and great office 10/10 would recommend.

I'm extremely satisfied with how easy and efficient the switch to State Farm was from my previous insurance company.
