We had a leak coming off our pressure tank. It was Memorial Day weekend, and we called ON THE BALL PLUMBING and within two hours we had Matt come to our house to fix the leak. He put in a new valve and as soon as he turned the water back on another leak showed up further down the line. Matt stuck with it until NO MORE LEAKS! Great company, Matt is an awesome plumber. Reasonable cost for an emergency, as we were without water. Thanks

These guys were so patient and kind to us. We had a sewer backup and we found out we don't have an easy access in the yard to the pipe so they had to go on the roof and go down the vent pipe. To do this we had to move everything we had on the side driveway of our house so they could get to the roof. They were very kind about the situation and while we were moving all of my husbands "treasures" they went to another call. They came back and got the job done and even though they had to come back and wait and by the time they were done it was after 6pm they didnt charge any extra. It was so appreciated

Just very disappointed. I can't say enough that there are many very nice and qualified plumbers in the area. This just is not one of them. I wish I could say it was but my plumbing says otherwise. Don't get me wrong they know what they are doing, they just take shortcuts without permission that leaves you with sub par work.
