Clyde Rackham, "Grandpa", started cleaning lines and working on septic systems way back in 1948. He started "flat rate pricing" and the ethical nature that is still carried on today at Master Rooter Plumbing. Larry and J'Deanne Rackham were the second generations to continue steadfast in the philosophy that the customer comes first and a job worth doing
