At CrossFit Tarpon Springs we have classes for the beginner, intermediate, and advanced athlete. Here we only want one thing, we want you to leave the gym everyday stronger, healthier, and happier than you were when you walked in. Whether you've never worked out before or you've been working out for years, this gym has a place for you.

Traditional CrossFit classes, matched with unbelievably talented coaches, and so much more, right here in Tarpon Springs. We have a handful of experienced coaches who want nothing more than to see you succeed. Muay Thai/Kickboxing training in a small group setting, for beginners or trained fighters.

We opened Crossfit Tarpon Springs in order to change the lives of others. We are proud to stand behind our gym and the community we have created within. Our community is what makes our gym as successful as it is. Our members are dedicated not only to themselves but also the success of others. The atmosphere that has manifested itself is purely at fault of dedicated coaches and even more dedicated members.
Designed for the intermediate and advanced athlete. Crossfit encompasses full body complex movements to improve strength and overall body endurance and composition. Great program for athletes at any level. Providing scable movements for every body area. This is a fun and results driven class. You will never do the same workout twice but you do practice the same skills so you can easily identify your progress, weaknesses, and strengths.
CrossFit is a workout program for anyone. In this program we teach you proper body mechanics from the ground up. Starting with basic movements like the body weight squat all the way to complex Olympic lifting movements like Clean and Jerks and Snatch. Don't know what those movements are? Don't worry we will teach you in our Foundations.
Our Foundations program will be focused on skill development and exposure to CrossFit's foundational movements over a 2 week period with 3 classes per week. This program is designed to prepare you to effectively enter our ongoing group classes. We will place a heavy emphasis on technique to make sure that you perform the movements safely and to provide the proper building blocks for your CrossFit journey.
One of the biggest misconceptions when women consider weight training or CrossFit is that they are going to get bulky. While it is true that you may gain a couple of pounds of muscle, you will not bulk up like a man unless you are taking steroids. CrossFit Tarpon Springs will help prepare you for whatever life throws your way by lifting, pushing, running, squatting and reaching.

This gym is incredible. They offer over a dozen bootcamp and CrossFit classes daily. I have been training here for 5+ years and have continued to make gains and improve my physical wellness and overall well-being. The gym community here is second-to-none and always does their best to push each other and help each other out. The coaches legitimately care about how the members are doing and the steps they are taking to improve their health and wellness. The building here also houses multiple other wellness outlets including chiropractic, massage, cryotherapy, nutrition bar and CBD dispensary.

It took my daughter two years to talk me into trying this gym and I was not exactly excited about it. I knew I was getting older, I was in my late 50s, and more out of shape but I had tried gyms before and always ended up dreading going and would end up quitting within a short period of time. CrossFit Tarpon Springs literally changed my life. So addictive, missing one day will feel like something is out-of-place.
Like they say ... it is cheaper than paying for a heart attack.
Great bunch of coaches , they are always there to watch and make sure you're doing the moves safely and with correct form.
It should be noted that most gyms are independently owned and operated, so they all operate differently and will have it own personality. With so many timeslots to pick from everyday it just make showing up so easy.

I joined CrossFit Tarpon Springs early this year and have had nothing but great experiences. The coaches are very professional, safe and supportive to your individual goals and capabilities. They come with decades of knowledge and experience and provide an excellent program whether you are looking for CrossFit or Boot Camp style workouts. I used to go here for many years and I recently left. I got in great shape, but the programming is not true CF..it is programmed by the owner Steve. Steve and James are the owners and are quite the dynamic duo, not in a good way. They are aggressive, negative and instill fear into others. James is a perv. Its a cult..stay away!! If you want to experience true, competitive CF, I highly recommend CF Westchase! It is a night and day difference. It is owned by Aaron Hanna, who is a CF games athlete. Just an FYI before you waster your money here. PS...their "healthy shakes" at Box Nutrition is all sugar

Normally, I wouldn't review a business I've never patronized; however, since Mr. Cassidy felt the need to spew misinformation at a recent School Board meeting--despite not actually having a child attending a Pinellas County Public School--I figured, why not? Since you feel FREE to do your part to put my family's lives at risk, I'll go ahead and use my freedom to say shame on you.
