Rent one of our Draped Canopy or Tent rentals to keep all your guess out of the sun or rain. Our Full Drape canopy tent rentals provide temporary shade at a affordable cost. Some of our party draped canopy includes side walls for additional cost. The smallest canopy and tent is 10x10 that can be use to keep all your food or drinks cool during your party.

Be warned about the 50% nonrefundable deposit. Got burned badly by this. Placed an order in full only to have to cancel it a few hours later. Not much I can do about it but it seems like a ridiculous amount for a deposit. They offer to postpone the order so that you don't lose out on the deposit but that's not going to help me in this case. Prices are alright. Though I wouldn't do business with them again.
Edit: also they don't seem to like to interact with people by phone. Every time I had a question they would direct me to their main website and I had to hunt down the information

Not much to really dislike about this company. I ordered 2 fan misters and when they were set to deliver them they discovered one was broken so they gave me a refund for that one no problem and still delivered the one that was working. :) Late on delivery but it got there so I wasn't really concerned about it. Overall great stuff

I cannot say enough about EPR Events! We needed a tent at the last minute to provide shade from the hot sun. Everyone I spoke with at EPR were so helpful, quick to communicate, professional and friendly. On the day of the event they worked hard, were very accommodating, and flexible to provide everything we needed to make the day perfect. Our canopy was beautiful!! I would highly recommend them and they will be the first people I call for any future party/wedding rentals.

This rental company is not honest. I brought my business to them, not having any problems until drop off came. They claim to give you an appointment drop off time but they don't. When they did finally drop off, they didn't communicate until arrival so we weren't aware of when to expect drop off. They then dropped off a broken table, that I was unaware of because they left the tables folded up and stacked. When we went to set up the tables is when we realized one was broken. When they arrived for pick up they continued to blame me for the broken table and used a photo of the tables

I called several spots for tables and chiaviari chairs but none were able to accept my order because it was last minute. Escamilla's party rentals was able to deliver my rentals on time and pick them up after the event. The quality of the chairs and tables was great, and so was communication with them. There was an extra "travel fee" involved which I've never had with other companies but being that I was desperate it was ok. I'm thankful for their availability and would consider them for future events.

This business refuses to give me a deposit of $600 back after I have canceled 30 days in advance, not to mention it was beyond difficult to get ahold of anyone or add and change my order. I had to cancel due to a death in the family, it was unfortunate, and now I have to deal with this. How hard can it be to give me back my money so I could still be a future costumer rather than take my money and not recommend anyone to you.
For anyone looking to book them I would suggest you pay only $100 deposit NOT $600 like I did. Also ask them before you book what happens if you need to cancel or change

Rented 9 tables 72 chairs and 13 linens, they arrived a day before the event with only one female unloading and delivering all that i had rented, she had no help and nothing was set up just stacked along my home for myself and sister to set up, me being pregnant it was difficult for me to do this also i didn't realize til the day of our event that they had shorted me 4 table linens, this made me a bit stressed but i called and they delivered them that morning, although we had everything we rented the linens were all different sizes and different shades of red which was pretty annoying considering

I recently moved to my new place and needed rentals for my daughters graduation party. I jumped on yelp and read all the great reviews this company had to offer. I called ordered equipment and air coolers. It was a great experience and the company was amazing with every need i asked for. I will be renting from this company here on out. The price was great and the rentals were nice.

I found Escamilla's Party rental on Yelp. I made a few calls and sent a few messages to other companies but nobody was as responsive as these guys. I was planning a quinceanera and wanted to see a showroom and some color options for tablecloths. Sandra invited me to see their showroom and made an arrangement for me to see it on a weeknight as I don't work in the area and have a long commute.
My wife and I checked out the showroom and liked some options there. We ran through a list of items to quote but were unsure how many tables we would be able to fit in my dog-bone shaped backyard

The only party rental place that has a variety in decor themes! For my wedding they had the perfect rustic accents... from the fruitwood chairs to the foliage wrapped market lights! I was getting married at my house and they went out of their way to create a beautiful intimate wedding ceremony spotI expected regular aisle ends with mason jars and the tree trunks they brought were just perfect! Sandra also went the extra mile to get succulents to decorate with so they would match my centerpieces, cake, and bouquet Just look for yourselves, homestly i dont have the words to describe it but Escamilla
